PRINT

Paper is my first and greatest love. The smell of a bookstore, a cracked book spine, and the winged hum of pages turning fills me with nostalgia and longing. No wonder I went into publishing--creating paper products for those of us whose lives are not complete until the none-too-subtle presence of books, magazines, and newspapers fills every room.

Find here my work as editor-in-chief of Interweave Knits, knit.wear, and Wool Studio. During my tenure at Interweave I oversaw dozens of publications to press, directing all content from cover to cover. From conception to press day I developed all themes, art direction, features, and product reviews, while delegating tasks to a creative and talented support team.

Collaboration with colleagues is essential to the success of a project; recognizing and fostering the talent in colleagues and junior colleagues, while maintaining the brand aesthetic and creative vision, is imperative to content creation and leadership.
